Not duplicate, resell, or share our systems without permission

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed either one-time, monthly, or per agreement.

• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

Late payments may pause services or result in account suspension

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime by emailing support@bluecollargenie.com.

Please give 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We can’t promise specific lead volume, sales, or ROI. Results vary based on your budget, offer, market, and ability to close leads.

6. Liability Limitation

We’re not responsible for:

• Missed leads or sales
• Ad account shutdowns

• Loss of revenue from platform outages or missed follow-ups
